Carb. with plug removed

Here is the original CV40 with the mixture screw plug removed. This was accomplished by first centerpunching the plug with a spring-loaded centerpunch. I then used a 1/16" drill bit in my electric drill to *gently* drill into the plug. The plug is 1/8" thick. Do NOT drill too deep or you'll drill into the mixture screw! I then threaded a self-tapping screw into the plug, and pulled the plug out by pulling on the screw with pliers.
